Interactive Mirrors

Not everything in ZeroSpace is meant to be played with, but Zach Lieberman’s interactive mirrors are an exception. Using an Xbox Kinect and Lieberman’s own programming, these screens read the positions and movements of those who stand before them, each screen displaying a uniquely abstract digital reflection of each user.

Zach Lieberman is an artist and educator based in New York City. He creates artwork with code, and focus on building experimental drawing and animation tools, along with making interactive environments that invite participants to become performers.
