Our address is 136 W. 33rd St, NY, NY 10001

ZeroSpace is located half a block away from Penn Station. If you plan on taking the subway, we are accessible via the ACE/123 to Penn Station, as well as the BDF/NQRW to Herald Square.

What are your opening hours?

Is there a coat/bag check?

Yes, we offer a full coat check.

Do you have an age limit?

The Museum is open to all ages and recommended for families. The Show is for anyone age 18 and over.

Am I allowed to take photos?

We only permit the use of cell phone photography. We do not allow any professional/DSLR camera equipment within the space.

Do you provide group tickets?

Yes, we do offer discounted tickets to groups of 10 or more. Just use our normal checkout!

Is ZeroSpace handicap accessible?

Yes, the full space is 100% accessible.

Can I bring my pet?

Fully verified service animals (not emotional support animals) are accepted into the portal. However, due to the intensity of interdimensional travel, we highly discourage any pets from entering. Please reach out to [email protected] with “Service Animal” in the subject line to get all service animals approved.

Do you allow strollers?

Sorry, no. Due to the layout of our space, we cannot accomadate strollers.

Will there be tickets at the door?

Yes, we can sell tickets in person!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards can be purchased here.

Do you offer refunds?

Tickets are non-refundable.

I bought a ticket and now I can’t make it that day. Can I exchange it for another day?

No, we do not offer refunds or exchange.
